We are looking for a Digital Content Creator to join us full time at Aleph HQ in East Auckland. 2021 start date with flexibility for the right applicant.
This role is for the creative collaborator, someone who has a design lens and the skills to bring our vision to life.
The Digital Content Creator will be responsible for creating a consistent brand aesthetic across all internal and external channels. Working collaboratively within the Sales & Marketing team to develop innovative, engaging content and creative output that reflects our brand. This includes managing our Instagram and Facebook accounts, with daily posting and stories, planning and copywriting.
This is a vital role that supports the cohesiveness of all brand communication and customer-facing content through the creation of beautiful and impactful graphic design, photography and videography.

Must be proficient in Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and video editing.
Experience in photography, working with photographers, models or producing photoshoots.
Strong written and oral communication skills, ability to develop high-quality content quickly without faulting on attention to detail.
Having worked within the beauty, advertising or media industry for the past two years OR hold a relevant university degree.

Take ownership of social accounts to build following, increase engagement and develop our brand story.
Create and implement content for social channels, including posts, stories and captions.
Work with the Marketing team to map content for the coming month, planning in accordance with other marketing initiatives such as upcoming product launches, PR opportunities and more.
Develop campaign concepts and content creation schedules.
Photograph brand assets and bespoke imagery, such as product images or concept ideas.
Shoot and edit video and photographic content using apps like Adobe CC.
Coordinate with photographers, model agents and other contractors to develop digital content.
Update brand imagery for Retailers and work with the Sales Manager to provide necessary content for external partners.
Become the point of contact for all PR enquiries, communicating directly with our PR agent to source required materials and ensure consistency across all brand representations.
Maintain the highest knowledge of product information, features and benefits, target audience, brand angles and strategic positioning of the brand.
