SHIPPING

We’re thrilled to offer both domestic and international shipping on all Aleph orders.

New Zealand

Shipping costs are covered by us on New Zealand orders where the chargeable total is over $99. All other orders will have a standard flat rate shipping charge of NZD $7.

Gift card purchases do not qualify for shipping as these are dispatched via email, immediately after purchase.

Where available, all non-rural orders are sent via a courier overnight service. Please allow extra time for rural deliveries.

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery time will vary depending on the destination. Please allow between 3 - 10 working days.

USA & CANADA

Shipping costs are charged at a standard flat rate of:

Continental United States USD $7
Hawaii and Alaska USD $12
Canada USD $12

We offer an exchange process for our USA and CANADA based customers (please see further details under the section Exchanges - USA/CANADA).

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery time will vary depending on the destination. Please allow between 3 - 10 working days. Please allow extra time for deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, military addresses and PO Boxes.

Due to operational efficiencies, US/CA Orders cannot be cancelled or details amended (such as shipping address) after order is placed.

All orders are shipped from our USA-based distribution center. As such all CANADA based customers will be liable to pay for any customs, duty, and import charges. (Note the values for Customs purposes will be in USD at Full Retail Value plus Freight as per Canadian Customs and Tax Requirements).

Delivery Failure

In the case that our carrier is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by you, your refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach you at point of delivery or otherwise, Aleph Beauty is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs or costs to resend the package. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.

INTERNATIONAL (excl USA & Canada)

International orders are shipped via International Courier with the shipping fee calculated at checkout. If the address falls out of an international courier delivery area, the package will be shipped via NZ Post International. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure the order will comply with any import requirements in the destination country, and pay for any customs, duty and import charges.

EXCHANGES - New Zealand

We offer a 30-day exchange policy for unopened, unused Concealer/Foundation in the original packaging and condition within New Zealand.

We understand that purchasing makeup online can be a daunting task, especially when choosing a foundation colour. To ensure the shade is right for you, every Concealer/Foundation comes with a sample of the colour purchased and another of your choice. This way you can test the colour before opening the full product.

If you would like to exchange your Concealer/Foundation for a different shade, simply send the unopened product to the address below and we’ll send back your preferred colour, at no extra cost within New Zealand.

Please include the exchange slip, with the desired shade clearly marked. Or a note with your name, address, phone and order number, and your desired shade.

Please wrap your return in something protective – reuse the packaging from your Aleph order by simply turning the courier bag inside out!

To ensure the delivery reaches us, we recommend tracked shipping. Once we receive the returned product we will process the exchange. The time until you receive the exchanged product will vary.

EXCHANGES - USA/CANADA

REFUNDS

To request a refund, please contact support@alephbeauty.com

To be eligible for a refund, products must be unopened, unused, in original packaging and in a saleable condition.

Products are eligible for a refund 30-days from date of purchase. Please note that gift cards and sale items are non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Products returned without approval from our customer care team may be refused. If you have purchased from one of our retailers, products must be returned to the place of purchase. If you feel you have received a faulty item, please contact us within 30 days of purchase for resolution.

All items to be returned at customer's expense.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Return Policy for Bundles/Sets

We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for individual items* that are purchased as part of a bundle or set. Please carefully review the product description before purchasing. If an item within the set is defective or damaged, we will exchange it for the same item. Please send us an email at info@alephbeauty.com to initiate the exchange process.

*If a set or bundle includes Concealer/Foundation then please follow the process for your country to exchange your Concealer/Foundation for a different shade.
