Day 6: Viva presents, The Greatest Hits

We’re wrapping up NZFW with Viva presents The Greatest Hits, a final celebration of the standout fashion, creativity and talent that defined the week.

Bringing together memorable looks from designers including Caitlin Crisp, Kathryn Wilson, Juliette Hogan, Taylor, Elle & Riley, Pacific Fusion and more, the show captures the breadth and energy of Aotearoa fashion in one final runway moment.

For Aleph, it’s the perfect close to an incredible week backstage, celebrating individuality, artistry and the beauty of seeing each designer’s vision come to life.

For Viva Greatest Hits, the beauty direction played with contrast across two distinct looks: fresh, polished skin with either a bare glossy eye and statement lip, or a stronger, diffused eye paired with a quiet glossed lip. Both looks kept the complexion real and dimensional, with natural brows and one clear focal point.

Concealer + Foundation: Applied lightly and only where needed to even the complexion while keeping natural skin texture visible.

Prep + Finish Powder: Used to prep the lids and selectively control shine through the centre of the face, ensuring the glossy eye remained intentional and polished.

Multi-Liner Pencil Fig: Used to softly shape and add depth to selected statement lip combinations without creating an overly precise or retro finish.

Gloria + Sangha Cheek/Lip Tints:Layered and mixed across the models to create bold, customised lip shades suited to each individual complexion.

Voltage Cheek/Lip Tint — Unreleased: Mixed into stronger lip combinations to bring extra vibrancy and dimension to the statement lip look.

Noir Multi-Liner Pencil: The hero of the second look, worked through the lower lash line and extended softly outward to create a diffused, smoky shape without feeling heavy or overly graphic.

Aura Gloss Lumen: Used on the stronger eye look to keep the lips understated, supple and softly glossy.

Fresh skin, natural brows and one strong focal point, either a bold, dimensional mouth or a softly smoked eye.
