THE ALEPH JAR GUESS — TERMS & CONDITIONS

Promoter: Aleph Beauty Limited (“Aleph Beauty”, “we”, “us”).

Promotion Period:
The giveaway runs from 1 October 2026 to 14 October 2026 inclusive.

How to Enter:
Entry is free and available in store only at Aleph Beauty, Ground Floor, Commercial Bay, Auckland.

To enter, participants must visit the Aleph Commercial Bay store and submit their best guess of the number of empty Aleph jars contained in the display vase, together with the contact details requested on the entry form.

Eligibility:
The giveaway is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.

Employees of Aleph Beauty, Commercial Bay, their immediate family members, and anyone directly involved in administering the promotion are not eligible to enter.

Prize:
There is one prize, consisting of:

• $250 Commercial Bay voucher
• $500 worth of Aleph Beauty product

The total prize value is $750 NZD.

The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Any additional terms and conditions applicable to the Commercial Bay voucher will also apply.

Winner Selection:
The entrant whose guess is closest to the actual number of empty Aleph jars in the vase will be the winner.

If two or more entrants submit equally close guesses, the winner will be selected at random from those tied entries.

The winner will be selected after the Promotion Period closes and contacted using the details provided with their entry.

If the winner cannot be contacted within 5 business days, Aleph Beauty reserves the right to select another winner from the next closest eligible entry.

Personal Information and Marketing:
Personal information collected through the giveaway will be used by Aleph Beauty to administer the promotion, verify entries and contact the winner.

Entrants’ email addresses will also be shared with Commercial Bay. Where an entrant has provided marketing consent, their email address may be used to send marketing communications in accordance with that consent.

Receiving marketing communications is optional and is not a condition of entering the giveaway. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

By entering the giveaway, participants acknowledge the collection and sharing of their personal information as described above and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

General:
Only entries received during the Promotion Period will be eligible.

Aleph Beauty reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who provides false information, tampers with the entry process, or otherwise breaches these Terms & Conditions.

To the extent permitted by law, Aleph Beauty reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion if circumstances outside its reasonable control prevent the promotion from proceeding as intended.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights or remedies available under applicable New Zealand law.
