We’re thrilled to offer both domestic within New Zealand and International shipping of all Aleph orders.
Shipping costs are waived for all domestic orders over $99 with a flat rate of $7 otherwise. Gift card purchases do not count toward free-shipping (Gift cards are dispatched digitally via email immediately after purchase).
International orders are shipped via Fedex and shipping fee is calculated at checkout.
Delivery time varies depending on the destination. Please allow between 3-10 working days. Any customs and duty charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days (and usually within 24-48 hours)
All non-rural orders are sent via NZ Courier on the overnight service where available. Please allow extra time for rural deliveries.

We offer a 30 day returns policy to any unused and unopened products in their original packaging and condition.
We understand that choosing makeup online is a daunting task especially when choosing a foundation colour. To assist you in choosing the correct colour, with every Concealer/Foundation you purchase, you receive a sample of the colour chosen as well as another of your choice, this way you can ensure you've selected the correct colour and if not, it's an easy swap.
If you'd like to switch out the shade, just return the unused full sized product to Aleph Beauty, PO Box 282294, Beachlands, Auckland 2018 and we’ll send you the preferred colour.
To ensure your exchange is received, we recommend tracked shipping.
Please include the exchange slip, with the desired shade clearly marked. We will then ship out the correct colour at our expense, providing the received product is in original condition.
If you have received a product as a gift, please contact us for exchange advice. Our colour consultant can offer alternative product recommendations.
If the product is generally unsuitable, this may be returned for a full refund providing it is unused and in a saleable condition (excluding sale events).
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Sale items may not be refunded. Items purchased with Karma Points cannot be returned for cash.
If purchased from one of our retailers, products must be returned to the place of purchase.
