Our Loyalty program works by a point system, the more you spend at alephbeauty.com the higher the reward. Which you get to choose at what point you redeem your rewards.

It's free to join and is simple. All you need to do is create an account on the Aleph Beauty website. If you already have an existing account you're all set.

You will be awarded one Reward Point for every dollar (NZD) you spend on Aleph Beauty products at alephbeauty.com excluding tax, shipping and gift cards.

Once you reach 250 Reward points, you’re eligible to redeem this at alephbeauty.com for a NZD $10 voucher, or accrue 500 points for a NZD $30 voucher or reach 800 points to redeem a NZD $60 voucher.

The only thing better than sharing your favourite things with your friends is being rewarded for doing so! When you recommend Aleph to a friend, not only do they receive a NZD $10 voucher to spend on their first purchase, you’ll also be credited 250 reward points once your friend makes their purchase.

• Sign in to your account at alephbeauty.com
• Click 'rewards' in the top right menu to open the panel
• Scroll down to the 'refer your friends' section
• There you'll find your unique referral link – copy this and send to your friends to use or send your link via the email or Facebook button
• Then once your friend makes their purchase you will receive credit for your referral. Discount applies to full-priced items only.

Your points will be added to the account as soon as the alephbeauty.com sale is processed.

Simply sign into your account where they are prominently displayed for you.

1. Sign in to your account at alephbeauty.com
2. open the 'rewards panel' in the top menu
3. click 'view' your next reward
4. click 'redeem'
5. click 'apply code'
6. 

All points earned from that product will be deducted from your Aleph account when the product is refunded.

Aleph Reward Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity. Account inactivity occurs when you do not earn or redeem points. If there is activity within the 12 month period, your points will not expire.

When you redeem Reward Points for a reward, you have 6 months to use the reward before it expires.

No points will be earned in the purchase of a gift card. That is because points are earned on the value of the purchase when a gift card is used as payment.
