UPDATE 1 March, 2022

NZ Courier Network Delays

We've been advised by our courier partner NZ Couriers that the entire network is currently extremely congested with workers isolating due to Covid-19.

You'll still be able to track your parcel using your order tracking link. You'll also be able to see the status of the network at the link below:

Parcels are being delivered, just taking a few extra days to move through the network. Please keep this in mind before reaching out to either NZ Couriers or Aleph Beauty. NZ Couriers delivery queries won't be raised if the parcel is within 5 working days from pickup.

UPDATE 17 December, 2021

Due to unprecedented levels of demand, our NZ Courier partners have advised us that there are delays in the national delivery network.

From NZ Couriers: "The sheer number of packages moving from now until Christmas means some delays will be inevitable moving forward – we apologise for this.  We would also respectfully ask that phone calls to our customer services team are minimised, and online tools such as track and trace are used where possible."

Thanks for your patience and understanding. We're all working hard to get your packages to you as soon as possible.

Alert Levels 3/2

Now shipping all items!

We would like to thank you for your patience and continued understanding during Auckland's time at Alert Level 4.

From 22 September, Auckland moves to L3, and all items will be dispatched as normal.

Aleph continues to process orders under strict health and safety protocols, and couriers are operating contactless delivery.

UPDATE 31 August, 2021

Alert Levels 3/4

Now shipping orders containing essential items. 

We are dispatching orders in accordance with MBIE & Ministry of Health guidelines, with a single isolated team member. Couriers are operating with contactless delivery.

Essential items from the Aleph range include moisturiser Serum/Primer and skin protectant Prep/Finish Powder.

Our customer care team are available to answer any questions.

 

UPDATE 24 August, 2021

NZ Alert Level 4

Online orders open. Delivery paused during Level 4 Lockdown. We continue to accept orders on the Aleph online store, which will be sent out on a first in, first out basis with the strictest hygiene protocols as soon as possible.

We thank you for your patience and your continued support.

As we are unable to process returns during this lockdown period, we have extended our returns policy to allow everyone needing to return or exchange items purchased prior to be able to do so once Level 4 in Auckland lifts.

Online orders are fully operational. Dispatching to couriers is running as normal.

Our customer service team will be supporting customers and doing colour consults online from home.

And the fulfilment team will still be dispatching your orders; though we have reduced to one working in isolation. We're taking the utmost care to ensure the health and safety of our customers, community and team.

Shipping has resumed! 

A huge thank you to all our amazing customers who have supported us during this difficult time. As usual our highest priority is the safety of our customers and team, and will continue to dispatch orders to the highest health and safety standards.

Returns period resumes to 30 days.

Shipping will recommence on Tuesday 28 April. We continue to accept and process orders in the meantime.

Our Priority is the continued safety of our team, our customers and the greater community.

Given the Level 4 Lockdown in New Zealand, we’re unable to dispatch until the lockdown lifts or we are authorised by the government.

We continue to process orders which will be sent out on a first in, first out basis once we have the go ahead to ship once again.

We thank you for your patience and your continued support, we know this is a very challenging time for all and firmly believe that these times will foster growth and positive change.

To our beautiful Aleph family,

Given the latest information from the New Zealand Government while we are in Level 4 lockdown, we are suspending all dispatch until further notice.

We support the initiatives put in place to stamp out COVID-19 while we have the opportunity.

As the situation evolves, we will too.

Our online store remains open for purchases and your orders will be dispatched as soon as we are able.

In the meantime, we invite you to enjoy our tutorials and keep in touch with our amazing team who are all working from their homes to ensure your questions are answered and colour consults advised.
